Job description

A leading global manufacturing organization is looking to hire an HSE Specialist to oversee day-to-day safety across complex manufacturing sites. Working closely with leadership, you would be responsible for developing a strong safety culture to drive a world-class enterprise. 

The Role:

• Development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives to continually improve the safety program
• Collect, analyze, and report on safety metrics and KPIs,  identifying trends and utilizing results to manage, modify and deliver safety priorities across the business
• Keep up to date with industry regulators to ensure  compliance with any legislative/regulatory changes
• Organize training, conduct audits, and assist with day-to-day safety

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related discipline 
• Proven EHS experience circa. 3+ years
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across all business level
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
