Job description

An international consulting company is looking for a Senior Manager of Safety & Regulatory. The incumbent will be tasked with GRAS notifications and ensuring that the client's needs meet or exceed all customer and regulatory requirements.

The role:

• Work collaboratively to guide clients on matters related to food ingredients compliance
• Expertise in FDA food safety frameworks
• Work directly with clients to author submission documents
• Successfully bring GRAS and novel food ingredients to market on time and on budget

The candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Science, toxicology, or molecular biology
• Ph.D. preferred 
• 5+ years of consulting with experience in regulatory science as related to food manufacturing
• Hands-on approach, able to engage with employees and clients at all levels
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong technical foundation
