A large manufacturing company in Haley Station is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to foster a robust safety culture, ensure compliance, and support multiple locations. Collaborate with teams, track safety performance, and liaise with regulators

The Role:

• Cultivate a strong safety culture by providing training, and coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with teams, track safety performance, and conduct risk assessments
• Promote and support a positive safety culture
• Maintain safety protocols, and liaise with regulatory bodies.

The Candidate:

• Possess a degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or equivalent OSHA compliance experience.
• Bring 5+ years of Health and Safety experience, with 1+ year of management preferred in manufacturing setup
• Demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Show familiarity with safety regulations, a positive attitude, and alignment with company values.
